Property is super close to all the landmarks that you need to see. Theres a nearby pizzeria and cafe. Lots of great restaurants as well. Room is clean, even had a Prosecco, cookies and sodas for us. Staff are awesome and helpful. Shoutout to Nigel!

Walls are thin, you can easily hear your neighbors next to your room even when they’re just casually talking. The other group I was with got scolded for laughing “too loud”.

This is our second visit to Florence and second stay at this hotel and both times were fantastic

The Breakfast was excellent and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room which was a deluxe suite was amazing ! The location was perfect too, it felt like the center and everything we needed was in walking distance

Nice location and staff

The staff and location are excellent.

The apartment needs deep cleaning as we spiders some small bugs in the room, which is dangerous for children. Secondly, there was an unpleasant odor, particularly noticeable early in the morning, present in the room.

We were really happy with the breakfast, is was great value for money and the food was fantastic and the staff really friendly, if I stay in Florence I will be going back to this hotel.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel, we were really happy with it!

Excellent location, big rooms, good staff but bathrooms have a problem.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The deluxe suite was very big and good. The staff were courteous and good.

We were in room no. 304 in one of the newly built suites. The bathroom fittings were poor. Hot water wouldn't come out with enough pressure probably because a pressure pump had not been installed. The water was also not draining out properly. we had to complain at least 3 times about the shower and bath room fittings in the course of our 8-night stay. Everything else about this hotel deserves 9 out of 10 except the bath room fittings.

Short walks from most of the places we wanted to visit, clean room and friendly staff.

We couldn't figure out how to work out the AC. Even when we turned it off, cold air was coming out, however that wasn't a big issue.

Excellent room in central location!

Nice large and clean room. They allowed us to check in early and held our bags. Proximity to train station and duomo as well as major sites was excellent.

The coffee pods in the room weren’t very tasty.
